Larry Groce And The Disneyland Children’s Sing-Along Chorus – Pardners [1980; Disneyland]

With Larry Groce taking lead vocals on all the tracks, backed by a children’s chorus and pop-ins by Goofy, Mickey Mouse, and Donald Duck, this album mixes glossy adaptations of western standards (e.g., “Deep in the Heart of Texas”) with original compositions in the same style (”Cowboy Mickey”, “Donald Duck, The Wrangler”).  The former category gets the lion’s share of the album, and the uncredited band does a fair job plugging along through the tidied-up tunes, keeping the swing while making sure no hint of cowboy dirt gets into the playing.  Something just for collectors of Disney obscurities and cartoon characters covering songs.
